How I came to be Santa...

 

My name is Rusty and I love to bring joy to children during the most magical time of year.  As a child, my father dressed up as Santa and it was a very joyous memory that we share.  I still have his suit wrapped up at home.  Even though I knew it was really him, I cherish those memories.

After retiring from being a Paramedic / Firefighter for 25 years, I wanted to do something special that brought happiness to others.  And so, with the cherished memories from my childhood and after meeting another fellow Santa icon of mine, I decided it was something I wanted to do as well.  I was fortunate enough to marry a beautiful Mrs. Claus.
